I used Draft2Digital (D2D) to format Members of the Cast for eBooks. (Self-Publishing 101-2)
When the 90 days of Kindle Select were over, I “went wide,” allowing D2D to distribute my book to Apple, Nook (B&N), KOBO, and others. D2D provides a single URL page that has all the sellers with my book.

Notice that Kindle is among the other distributors. Because I did my own Kindle distribution, I had to add Kindle to my list of sellers and the Kindle link to Members of the Cast.
D2D has a sister project, Books2Read (B2R). B2R creates a “book shopping” space for readers. An author page is created, so readers can visit if they are interested in the person who created their new favorite book of all time.

The author page is not editable but is populated with information you provide D2D when preparing a book for publication. That information is used for all your books. I don’t have other books out yet, and can only imagine the disappointment incurred by a hopeful shopper when they click on “Other Books.”
Caution: I set the D2D publish date for June 1, 2021, the first day Members of the Cast was no longer part of Kindle Select. When I had my ePub version of Members of the Cast ready, I clicked publish. Within two hours, I began to get reports from D2D telling me my book was on Apple and Nook, etc. Alarmed (I don’t want Amazon mad at me for breaking the 90 agreement), I checked Apple and Nook. Both showed my cover and a release date of June 1st with presale offers. I didn’t get in trouble with Amazon, but now that I am aware of how quickly D2D can arrange for publishers to offer my book, I will wait until the day after the 90 day Kindle exclusive.
Kindle Unlimited (KU) is still being offered even though I left the Kindle Select agreement. Because KU requires an book to be in a Kindle Select agreement, perhaps once the book is enrolled in KU, it remains. Not sure it matters—3,869 pages have been read, generating $17.40 in royalties.
If you can no longer resist the burning desire to read Members of the Cast, here is the B2R URL: All In One.
